What personal data we collect and why we collect it.

If you sign up to receive a home evaluation and market updates your information would be added to our mail chimp address list. You can view the mail chimp privacy policy here. Any information we collect whether in person or through the internet is used to serve your real estate needs. We do not give away or sell your information.

We have a Facebook pixel added to our website for Facebook advertising purposes. You can view the Facebook privacy policy here.

At any time you can request that we delete your contact information and we will do it. We do not sell or share your name and address.

Comments

We have noted the data which WordPress collects by default.  WordPress is the type of website that www.patandmario.com uses.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Analytic Services

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
